Danny Pomanto Ready To Take A Step Leading Makassar, Waiting For Governor Prof. NA's Code

MAKASSAR - After a dead-end, the communication of the Mayor of Makassar, South Sulawesi, was elected M. Ramdhan Pomanto (Danny Pomanto) with the Acting Mayor of Makassar Prof. Rudy Djamaluddin connected.

Danny Pomanto, who is paired with Fatmawati Rusdi, admits that he has not yet got a picture of the inauguration of the mayor and deputy mayor of Makassar. Danny Pomanto is waiting for the direction of the central government, including the Governor of South Sulawesi Prof. Nurdin Abdullah.

"For me, I think we will just follow the central directive, the governor's direction because this is a simultaneous inauguration and the authorization is with the Minister of Home Affairs. Just wait, I will follow, whenever the inauguration day," said Danny Pomanto, to reporters, Monday, February 15th.

Danny Pomanto emphasized that all decisions related to the inauguration of the mayor and deputy mayor of Makassar are left to the central government. Including the matter of the inauguration of regional heads at the South Sulawesi district level.

"It has become our country's decision to participate because of course, it is the best for all regional election winners, because they want to be told simultaneously," he said.

"We'll wait, the province will definitely wait, there has been no notification," continued Danny Pomanto.

Meanwhile, Acting Mayor of Makassar Prof. Rudy said that Danny Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi's inauguration was only a matter of days. Prof. Rudy admitted that he had coordinated preparations for the inauguration.

"Yes, We also asked him, thank God there was information maybe in about five days, so we asked for directions about what the city government was preparing to prepare for the inauguration so that we would prepare something he needed," said Prof. Rudy Djamaluddin.
