Criticism Of IDR 0 DP House Target, Faldo PSI Mentions Anies As If Bidding The Prayer Hijab Price In Tanah Abang

JAKARTA - Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) politician, Faldo Maldini, criticized DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan regarding the target realization of the Zero Rupiah Down Payment (DP) Home program.

Faldo made an analogy that the realization of Anies' program was like bidding on the price of prayer hijab at the Tanah Abang wholesale market.

"Prayer hijab's price is IDR 100 thousand, offered to IDR 10 thousand. Our brothers in Tanah Abang understand the pain the most. 'You should sell it! he said to the bidder. This is similar to Mr. Governor @aniesbaswedan, which offers the 0 DP target to be lower from 232 thousand, to be only 10 thousand. It is known, according to the DKI Jakarta Mid-Term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD) 2017-2022, the target number of rusunami in the 0 Rupiah DP House program is 232,214 units.

However, Faldo was surprised that the realization of the flats was less than 1,000 units, aka less than 1 percent. Meanwhile, less than 500 units were sold.
