Public Interest Positive, Recording Of QR Code BBM In 3 Provinces Reaches 100 Percent

JAKARTA Data collection on fuel oil (BBM) users to be right on target, has been continuously improved since it was rolled out in July 2023 in 41 cities or regencies. According to data from Pertamina Patra Niaga, in areas such as Aceh, Bengkulu and Bangka Belitung, it has reached 100 percent of the QR Code registration.

Mentioned in the data received, the total registration of QR Codes in Aceh is 144,943, Bengkulu 95,129, and Bangka Belitung 72,088.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Irto Ginting, appreciates the enthusiasm of the community to support the right subsidies by registering and using the Pertalite QR Code. Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to carry out socialization, including coordination with relevant stakeholders.

We appreciate areas that have reached 100 percent of Pertalite's QR Code registrants. Although it has only been implemented in 41 cities/regencies, from our records, it turns out that Pertalite user data has started to enter all provinces in Indonesia. This shows that the public's interest is very positive in supporting efforts to get the right subsidy," explained Irto in his statement, Thursday, June 27.

Furthermore, Irto added that the community is no longer familiar with the BBM QR Code considering that previously the QR Code data collection had been carried out for Biosolar users.

"We will expand the data collection to several areas and the main task is to get used to this pattern, if you are used to it, there are no problems, just like the application of the Biosolar QR Code, now you are used to it and it is going well," explained Irto.
