JAKARTA - Tens of thousands of tourists visit educational and religious tourism objects in the form of miniatures of Kaaba in Sunggingan, Karanggeneng Village, Boyolali Regency, Central Java, throughout January 2024.

Head of the Youth and Tourism Office (Disporapar) of Boyolali Regency, Budi Prasetyaningsih in Boyolali, Sunday, said that the Boyolali Regency Government's educational and religious tourism objects, which have been inaugurated by Boyolali Regent M Said Hidayat, since January 1, 2024, have now been visited by tourists both from inside and outside Boyolali.

"The miniature Kabah Religious Education Tourism Object in Boyolali, since it was opened to the public, starting January 1, this year, has succeeded in bringing in 46,408 visitors per month. The number of visitors consists of 36,508 public tourists and 9,900 special students both from inside and outside Boyolali," said Budi Prasetyaningsih, Antara, Sunday, February 4.

He said that many tourists or pilgrims will depart as prospective pilgrims or who will carry out Umrah to the Holy Land, come to religious education tourism in Boyolali, for Manasik.

In fact, there are visitors to the Boyolali Religious Education tourism, some come from the Bekasi area, West Java, then Central Java and Yogyakarta DI.
