East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly confirmed that the baby who died in the hands of his parents with the initials MF (20) and DAP (17) will undergo a post-mortem at the Kramarjati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

"We have done a Visum Et Repertum (VER). For the baby, we will do an autopsy and we have submitted it to the hospital," said Kombes Nico when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, January 25.

Meanwhile, the health condition of the suspect DAP is still unstable. The DAP is still lying in intensive care.

"The perpetrator is a ABH woman (child in conflict with the law) because she is still sick, we provide treatment at the hospital. We have raised the status of the male suspect to an investigation and have been detained," he said.

As a result of his actions, the two suspects were charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law 35 of 2014 and Article 346 of the KuHP because one of the suspects was an adult.

"(The reason the two perpetrators) dropped for fear of being caught, and both of them were not willing to become husband and wife," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) arrested a married assistant couple for having an abortion and killing a newborn 7-month-old baby.

It was later discovered that the two suspects named Muhamad Firdaus (20) and DAP (17) were a couple who worked as household members at their employer's house located on Jalan Perjuangan, Cipayung Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta.
