Revealing The Case Of The Bird Cage Warehouse Fire In Matraman, Police Check Eye Witnesses

The Matraman Police Criminal Investigation Unit has begun examining eyewitnesses regarding the alleged burning of a house that was used as a warehouse for bird cages on Jalan Pembina Raya, RT 12/06, Palmeriam Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta.

"There were two witnesses examined regarding the incident. They came from residents who helped extinguish the fire," said Matraman Police Chief Kompol Mobri Panjaitan when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, April 27.

In addition, the Matraman Police Criminal Investigation Unit has also conducted a crime scene (TKP) at the location of the fire. Evidence that was temporarily confiscated found a black bag containing a fuel plastic bag (oil fuel).

"Members have processed the crime scene. Currently the case is being investigated and is still being handled by the Matraman Police. Currently, the witness examination stage is still being carried out," he said.

A house that is used as a warehouse for bird cages on Jalan Pembina Raya, RT 12/06, Palmeriam Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta, was allegedly burned by an unknown person on Wednesday, April 26.

Luckily, the fire that raged did not spread and could be extinguished using an APAR type extinguishing device.
