TANGERANG - The Tangerang Regency Government (Pemkab) denied any overpayment in the land acquisition of the Tigaraksa Hospital as reported so far.

"It is not true that the land for the Tigaraksa Hospital which was acquired by the Tangerang Regency Government covering an area of 4.9 Ha was paid to the land owner in the amount of Rp. 700 thousand per meter, because the price submitted to the land owner was based on the value of the KJPP indentive team study (Public Appraisal Service Office) Wahyono Adi and colleagues amounted to Rp. 1.1 million to 1.3 million per meter," said Head of Land Procurement, Housing Service, Settlement & Cemetery Tangerang Regency, Dadan Darmawan, Thursday 28 June.

Dadan said that from the results of the appraisal assessment, it was adjusted to the evidence of Legality and the location of the zoning of different land positions, the land owner received compensation according to the results of the mutual agreement as outlined in the report of the land owner deliberation.

"In this activity, the land acquisition team (OPD related to, Camat, Lurah and Law Enforcement Officials (APH) from the Tangerang District Attorney's Office and Tangerang City Police also accompanied. The payment was directly paid through the Bank BJB account book to each land owner without any power, so there was no reduction or deduction," he added.

He also revealed that the iTU compensation price can also be measured by a comparative price in the implementation of the widening of Jalan Tembus Post-Pasar Office, Tigaraksa Village, Tigaraksa District to Prapatan Munjul - Jalan Aria Wangsakara with a compensation value in the previous year in 2019 of Rp. 1,140 million to 1,230 million per meter, even in 2023 on Jalan Aria Wangsakara the price is already above 2jt/m2.

Dadan also denied allegations that there was land that actually belonged to the Regency Government and was then bought again.

"Regarding the land that was acquired to be used as Tigaraksa Hospital, Tangerang Regency, it did not come from the land of Infrastructure, Facilities, and General Utilities (PSU) or known as Fasos-Fasum owned by the former PT. PWS. The land that was acquired for Tigaraksa Hospital is land owned by PT. PWS Tbk which is bankrupt and not PSU land but non-PSU land, namely (SHGB 7 and SHGB 4) and some of the community's lands are in Kadu Agung Village and Tigaraksa Village in accordance with the proof of legal ownership (SHM and AJB)," he said.
