Close The 2024 THR Command Post, Ministry Of Manpower Admits Receiving 1,475 Reports

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) closed the 2024 THR Post service today. The Ministry of Manpower admitted that it had received 1,475 reports that came in regarding religious holiday allowances (THR).

"Of course, after we close for a week or D+7, we will coordinate with provincial and district/city labor offices to follow up on the settlement of the complaint," said Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Ministry of Manpower Anwar Sanusi after the halal bihalal event at the Ministry of Manpower Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, April 16, in a statement, confiscated by Antara.

Anwar said that as of April 14, 2024, 1,475 reports related to THR had been submitted to the 2024 THR Command Post with 930 companies reported.

Anwar stated that since before Eid al-Fitr 1445 H or 2024 M his party had started to follow up on incoming THR complaints. Several types of complaints that came in, including the THR were not paid, the THR was paid not according to the provisions, until the THR was late.

"There are various reports, there are THRs that are not given, in installments maybe, and other things that are essentially not fulfilled before D-7," said Anwar.

Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower Anwar also ensured that his party would continue to oversee the complaints because THR is the right of workers/laborers.

"So we hope that because this THR is the right of the workers, of course it must be fulfilled, because it is the company's obligation to provide it," he said.

Previously, the Ministry of Manpower opened the THR 2024 Command Post to facilitate complaints from workers/laborers and companies related to THR payments. The post can also act as a consultation place regarding THR.

In addition to being able to be visited directly at the Ministry of Manpower Office, the THR Command Post can also be accessed through the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id. It also urges the manpower office in each region to also open the THR Command Post.
