JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has asked parties prevented from leaving the alleged corruption in land acquisition for the Sumatra Toll Road to cooperate in fulfilling the summons. One of them is the former President Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Bintang Perbowo.
"We certainly remind the parties in question to be able to always be present in every process of summoning and examining the investigation team," said Head of the News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, March 14.
Ali said this prevention was carried out in an effort to collect evidence. The forced effort was carried out for six months and could be extended.
"This prevention submission is the first and can be extended again according to the request of the investigative team," he said.
