JAKARTA - A CCTV footage shows violence against an elderly man (elderly) carried out by a young man in the Cakung area, East Jakarta. According to information gathered, the perpetrator is the victim's biological child.

Based on the CCTV footage, the persecution took place on Monday, January 22. The perpetrator was seen pushing the victim who was wearing a blue shirt at that time. It is known, the action took place in a densely populated alley in the Cakung area.

The CCTV footage was also widely spread in a number of Whatsapp groups. Meanwhile, the Cakung Police, who received the report, have conducted a crime scene (TKP) to the scene.

Cakung Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra confirmed the incident.

"Bhabinkamtibmas Cakung Police are still present and come down to settle it amicably. Already (restorative justice)," said Kompol Panji to VOI, Tuesday, January 23.

From the results of the police investigation, the case of violence was carried out by the victim's child because the victim was paralyzed.

"The motive is that his son is upset because his parents are forgetful and often disappear or leave the house," he said.

Due to this incident, the family did not report it to the Cakung Police. The police found out after the viral video.
