PKB Legislator Asks PPATK To Process Alleged Campaign Fund Distribution Transactions From Illegal Mining

JAKARTA - Member of Commission III of the DPR RI, Jazilul Fawaid asked the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) to investigate allegations related to the potential distribution of campaign funds from illegal to complete mining. "Of course (must) be traced, yes, because PPATK is for the benefit of many people. If there are facts, the process will continue, don't let it be ignored," said Jazilul at the Change Coalition House, South Jakarta, Friday, December 15. However, Jazilul hopes that PPATK can commit to thoroughly investigating the allegation. Because, according to him, PPATK always throws hot issues without a solution as before. "From the beginning, PPATK always launched issues that in the end were not clear. So this is the connection again about mining funds for the election, later they will be investigated, opened, the end is not clear," said Jazilul. The Deputy Chairperson of the MPR reminded that if the allegation has been completed, then PPATK does not need to publish. But immediately coordinate with other legal officials.
