VinFast Opens Pre-Order for VF 3 Small SUV in the Philippines with Interesting Offers

JAKARTA – After its success in its homeland, Vietnam, VinFast has officially opened pre-orders for the VF 3 model in the Philippines, marking the first launch of this electric mini SUV in the overseas market.

In opening this pre-order, VinFast is offering various attractive offers for local automotive lovers who want to bring the VF 3 to their home garage. The price offered specifically for the pre-order period is 605,000 pesos or around Rp166 million for the version with a subscription battery. Meanwhile, the price of the version including the battery is priced at 705,000 pesos (around IDR 205 million).

In addition, VinFast is also providing a special offer in the form of the right to choose nine exterior color options. Four basic colors and five premium colors are offered for free during the pre-order period, but after that period, an additional fee of 20,000 pesos (around IDR 5.5 million) will be charged for the premium color.

“We are very excited to launch the VF 3 which has been successful in Vietnam and is now present in the Philippines. We believe this vehicle will bring a breath of fresh air to the Philippine automotive market,” said VinFast Philippines CEO Cao Ngoc Nguyen Duy in an official statement received on Tuesday, September 17.

He further said that with its various offerings, such as affordable price, ease of driving, and ease of ownership, the VF 3 can meet the needs of a wide range of customers, especially the younger generation who have an important role in the transition to sustainable transportation.

“By introducing the VF 3, VinFast also shows its commitment to contributing to the green transition in the Philippines,” he added.

The launch of the VF 3 model is also an important milestone in VinFast's journey in the Philippines, reaffirming their commitment to providing premium quality products at affordable prices, as well as excellent after-sales policies.

In terms of specifications, the VF 3 carries a compact design with dimensions of 3,190 mm in length, 1,679 mm in width, 1,622 mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,075 mm. With these dimensions, this car is claimed to be very suitable for urban roads in the Philippines.

Despite its small size, the VF 3 from VinFast is powered by an electric motor with a power of 32 kW, which provides a maximum torque performance of 110 Nm. Equipped with an 18.64 kWh lithium-ion battery, the VF 3 can travel up to 210 km with a fast charging time (DC) of only 36 minutes for battery capacity from 10 to 70 percent.
