The Launch Of President Yudhoyono's Third Music Album In Today's Memory, January 24, 2010

JAKARTA Memories of today, 14 years ago, January 24, 2010, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's third music album (SBY) titled Ku Yakin Arriving in Sanadilancurkan. The music album containing the nine songs was considered by SBY as the medium to convey his inner atmosphere to the wider audience.

Previously, SBY was known as an art lover. He likes everything related to art, especially poetry and music. SBY was used to writing poetry from childhood, playing musical instruments, and singing. This habit was carried away to become Indonesia's number one person.

Everyone has their own training to fill their spare time. SBY, for example. Little SBY is used to taking advantage of his spare time by writing poetry, playing guitar, and singing. He did this activity with joy. Sometimes as a lecturer.

SBY continues to love this activity until he participates in education and serves in the military world. He often sings songs that according to him become immunity to the soul. In fact, singing became one of the important studies when he was a presidential candidate in the 2004 presidential election.

He often invites his supporters to sing and dance together in campaigns. This charm made SBY appear charismatic and closer to the people. The narrative is not just an empty message. SBY was able to be elected president of Indonesia.

SBY's closeness to art has never been abandoned. SBY fully supports the agenda of his staff to advance science and art. In fact, SBY himself often interferes when the state has a big celebration.

He is willing to take the time to control himself in preparation for the event. Take for example when the government celebrates Independence Day, August 17. SBY, sometimes with his wife, Kristiani Herrawati (Ani Yudhoyono) participates in reviewing the preparations for the event.

SBY observed the true preparation of the arts displayed. He also chose what songs to sing. Everything is for the success of the event. Even so that the event that was held did not deviate from its meaning. A meaning that respects the services of the heroes and leaders of the Indonesian nation.

We both control various preparations starting from the preparation of the place, decoration, stage, sound system, and even waiting for the rehearsal to commemorate the proclamation seconds. Including listening to the aubade exercise from Gita Bahana Nusantara. SBY also chose the songs they sang.

The songs slide to the public in the form of a music album. The first album titled Rindu Padamu (2007) and the second music album, Evolution (2009). SBY was not complacent immediately. He often gives birth to new songs that match his inner atmosphere.

As a result, the launch of SBY's third music album titled Ku Yakin Sampai there (2010) was held at the Taman Ismail Marzuki Theater (TIM) on January 24, 2010. The music album containing nine songs was published in CD form with two versions, the usual version and the collector's version.

SBY also collaborated with well-known Indonesian musicians, such as Vidi Aldiano to Joy Tobing. SBY's songs vary. Some have the theme of love. There are also those who love the country.

It could be that SBY was not present at the launch event. However, he still advised through a statement. SBY wants all Indonesian people to be able to take the essence of his album. An important essence that young people must be transformed into agents of change.

"In the midst of struggles and struggles, I carry out the mandate of the people as president, occasionally in my spare time I express my feelings into the form of works of art. Through these works of art, I hope to communicate my inner atmosphere to the wider community, the children of the Indonesian nation.
