Jeremy Renner Shocked Robertbor Jr. Back To MCU, Wants To Be Hawkeye Again

JAKARTA - The return of Robertbor Jr. to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) seems to be a secret, including to other Avengers stars. Jeremy Renner, who plays Hawkeye, admitted that he had just read the news from social media.

Robertbor Jr. Returning to the MCU is not as Tony Stark or Iron Man, but Doctor Doom in the two latest Avengers films, Avengers: Secret Wars and Avengers: Doomsday.

"I don't know. This guy didn't say anything to me and we were good friends," Jeremy Renner quoted Us Weekly as saying.

After the news emerged, Renner contacted the Avengers messaging group containing Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo.

"I'm starting to talk 'What's going on? You're hiding this from us? I don't know' Jeremy Renner said repeating his words.

"That's good news. I'm very enthusiastic about that," he continued.

When asked, Jeremy Renner wasn't sure if his character, Hawkeye could come back but he was interested in playing the character again.

"We have to think about it because this is all just happening. They just made the announcement, so we think we should think about it," Renner said.
