During The Divorce Session, Nisya Ahmad And Andika Rosadi Still Living At Home

JAKARTA - The couple Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi still live together even though they are in the process of a divorce trial held at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

This was conveyed directly by Andika Rosadi's attorney, Nata Sasmita. "Still at home. Still living in the same place according to the ID card (Population Card), KK (Family Card), maybe it can be checked at home still," said Nata Sasmita at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday, August 1.

Therefore, Nata ensured that both Nisya and Andika were still united in the care of their three children, allegedly the reason for the absence of a child custody lawsuit from Nisya.

"Meanwhile, they are still being cared for together, there are no demands for child custody," said Nata.

Furthermore, regarding the reason Nisya filed for divorce from Andika, Nata was still reluctant to provide detailed information. However, he rejected the issue of violence and infidelity.

"Meanwhile, this dispute is just a normal thing. It has not been revealed whether it is true that the third party or others," explained Nata Sasmita.

"KDRT cannot be addressed, for now there is no proof," he explained.

For information, Nisya married Andika Abdillah Soeria Sapardi Rosadi or Andika Rosadi on January 31, 2009.

Nisya has 3 children named Mikaela Atqia Rosadi, Aeshya Balqes Rosadi and Munawar At Thareeq Gibran Rosadi.

After 15 years of marriage, Nisya filed for divorce from Andika to the South Jakarta Religious Court on May 10, 2024.
