JAKARTA - Long time no news has been heard, celebrity Marissa Nasution recounted her experience in undergoing ACL's ligamentary surgery some time ago. Through uploads on her Instagram, Marissa said that this happened because she was skiing in Japan which resulted in her sprained knee. "Initially this year, I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery after experiencing a ski accident in Japan," Marissa Nasution wrote, quoted by VOI from Instagram @marissaln, Thursday, December 19. "My knee was badly sprained, my ACL ligant was fully torn and part of the hamstring was cut off to reconstruct ACL," he continued. After the accident, Marissa finally underwent surgery to lift some of the networks that had accumulated in her knee due to the accident. "Yesterday, I underwent another operation to lift the scarcity network that has accumulated in my knee over the past few months," Marissa said.

Marissa said that the operation went smoothly but she could not deny that before the operation her life was very heavy with these conditions. "Good news: the operation went well, and I was fine. It was really great. It felt like a heavy burden," he said.

"I compared it to feelings like a rock stuck in your knee, which has caused pain and limited my movement for months to finally lift," Marissa said. Now Marissa is still undergoing a recovery process after her accident. "I started to feel like myself again and now I can fully focus on my recovery. I have left the hospital and feel full of hope," he said.
