Elliot Page Appears on The Odyssey Red Carpet after Showing Off Six-Pack

JAKARTA - Elliot Page is back in the spotlight. Days after showing off his body transformation on social media, the 39-year-old actor appeared dapper on the red carpet at the premiere of The Odyssey in London.

Quoted from E! News, Tuesday, July 7, Page appeared in a mustard brown suit with a blue and gold tie. His appearance was chosen with stylist Britt Theodora, who also worked with a number of other celebrities, including Pete Davidson and Heidi Gardner.

The red carpet event was attended by members of Christopher Nolan's latest epic film. In addition to Page, a number of top stars were present, ranging from Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, Robert Pattinson, to Zendaya.

Page came without his partner, Julia Shiplett. However, he still stood in the spotlight with the other players. Page was seen posing with Anne Hathaway, who wore a loose dress decorated with flowers to highlight her pregnancy.

Zendaya also caught attention with two couture dresses at the event. For the size of the red carpet of Christopher Nolan's film, the line-up of stars that night was not kidding.

In The Odyssey, Page is reported to play Sinon, a Trojan War soldier who becomes the right hand of Odysseus, the main character played by Matt Damon.

The spotlight on Page is getting stronger because he just uploaded a shirtless photo on Instagram on June 29. In the post quoted by E! News, the star of The Umbrella Academy showed off his six-pack abs while expressing his appreciation to his boxing coach, Nolan Hanson.

"He's an amazing teacher," Page said of Hanson.

Page praised Hanson not only for being able to explain the complicated movements in boxing, but also for understanding the strategy of the sport and paying attention to its psychological side.

Boxing, Page said, has been an important part of his life. The GLAAD Media Award winner even joked to fans that they could get addicted if they tried it.

"You'll probably get addicted like I did," Page said.

Page's appearance on the red carpet of The Odyssey added attention to his role in the star-studded film. He was back in the spotlight, not only because of his appearance, but also because of his new role in Christopher Nolan's big film.
