Grand Batang City Ensures Marketing Sales Target 2023 Achieved

PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang City (Grand Batang City) celebrates its extraordinary success by achieving the highest achievement in sales in 2023. Grand Batang City announced that revenue in 2023 has reached Rp966 billion, making this achievement the best achievement to date.

This achievement not only reflects Grand Batang City's dedication in providing smart and sustainable industrial space, but also marks the company's commitment to business growth in Central Java.

With a total land area of 107 hectares, Grand Batang City managed to exceed its predetermined sales target, creating a significant posi/f impact in the property/industrial sector. In 2023 there were 4 incoming tenants namely PT Interskala Medika Solusindo, PT Wanxinda Batang Industry land Investment, PT Wanxinda Green Travel Industry Development, and PT Xiang Jiang Group Indonesia," said General Manager Business and Marke/ng Grand Batang City, Angga Brahmana in a written statement, Wednesday 31 January.

Tenants entering in 2023 are tenants in phase 2. Phase 2 development with an area of 400 hectares is a clear proof of Grand Batang City's commitment to expanding and increasing capacity. This project not only attracts attention, but also receives a positive response from investors, which is reflected in the number of land sales that have reached significant numbers.

Thus, Grand Batang City continues to strengthen its position as a leading investment des/nasion with promising growth prospects in the industrial sector.

Very high interest from investors can be seen from the increasing amount of investment in Grand Batang City. Concrete evidence of investor confidence is reflected in the high take-up rate above 100 ha per year which shows that Grand Batang City is able to provide attractive returns on investment.

This fact indicates that Grand Batang City is not only a promising investment option, but is also an option that is considered profitable by investors.Grand Batang City has succeeded in gaining significant support in the construction of its projects, including through various assistance and support provided by the government.

One form of support is seen through Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2020 concerning National Strategic Projects and Presidential Regulation No. 106 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Infrastructure Progress, particularly related to the development of Grand Batang City. With this regulation, all parties involved in this project can accelerate the realization of infrastructure development and supporting facilities in Grand Batang City.

The infrastructure and facilities of Grand Batang City are very complete, including regional road networks, flats, Integrated Waste Disposal Sites (TPST), rectum dams and transmission arrays, reservoirs, Water Processing Installations (IPA), Wastewater Processing Installations (IPAL), and gas transmission networks.
