Junior High School Student Perpetrators Of Sexual Abuse Of Kindergarten Child Intentions To Find Fish In Cipinang River

JAKARTA - The obscenity action carried out by SH (14), a junior high school student against the victim with the initials PA (6) began when the perpetrator was looking for fish while walking along the Cipinang River on Jalan Bulak Ringin, Cibubur Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta.

"It happened when the perpetrator (visited the victim) from across the river. He (originally) looked for fish and after he saw the two victims were playing (the perpetrator immediately approached the victim)," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, January 25.

On Tuesday, January 23, afternoon, at around 16.00 WIB, the victim PA and a friend his age were also playing beside his house near the Cipinang river. Then one of the victims at that time was called by the perpetrator.

Feeling called, the victim innocently approached the perpetrator. At that time there was a disgraceful action carried out by SH.

"Furthermore, the step of the East Jakarta Metro Police PPA unit is to conduct an investigation at the TKP with the victim and accompanied by the victim's parents," he said.

The victim's parents then made a police report at the East Jakarta Metro Police.

"The perpetrator has now been handed over at Central Handayani Cipayung and we are treating it like the applicable law against the child, as a child in conflict with the law," he said.

As a result of his actions, the perpetrator SH was charged with Article 76 E in conjunction with 82 of Law number 17 of 2016 related to violence against child protection laws with a threat of five to 15 years in prison.
