Congregation-Owned Sandals Often Disappear, Mukomuko Regency Government Installs CCTV At Baitul Huda Grand Mosque

MUKOMUKO - Mukomuko Regency Government (Pemkab), Bengkulu Province, plans to install a surveillance camera (CCTV) in the Baitul Huda Mukomuko Grand Mosque to anticipate the theft of the mosque congregation's sandals."Because now we already have technology, of course we put forward a technological approach such as CCTV cameras," said Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Mukomuko Regency Abdiyanto in Mukomuko, Antara, Wednesday, March 20.He said this after receiving information regarding the theft of sandals belonging to a number of members of the Baitul Huda Mukomuko Grand Mosque who were carrying out tarawih prayers.The local government also placed officers to maintain public security and order. The theft incident at the mosque should not have happened because it built a negative opinion."The CCTV that we are discussing in the mosque management, however, we will still evaluate it later and its efficiency because it likes to dislike this Grand Mosque has become public property," he said.
He invited the people in this area to jointly maintain security and sincerity.
