Kasir Was Hit When He Was Beaten, Former MMA Athletes And 2 Fighting Youths Were Reported To The Police

TANGERANG - Although the case of a fight between MMA Athletes Rudy Agustian alias Rudy Golden Boy and two youths ended peacefully. Indomaret actually reported Rudy and the two youths to the Pagedangan Police.

Pagedangan Police Chief, AKP Seala Syah Alam, said the report was based on the fact that the Indomaret cashier was also known for his punches when trying to break up the fight.

If the legal steps from both parties are yes (peace). But there are still legal steps from the indomaret itself. Because employees are also victims, besides that it also disturbs public order," Seala told reporters, Tuesday, August 8.

Seala emphasized that reporting is the right of the reporter regarding the commotion at the minimarket.

"If they want to be stopped or what, then the authority will be in Indomaret as the reporter because they are part of the victim," he said.

Regarding the follow-up to Indomaret's report, Seala said that his party would conduct a pekara title. The goal is to uncover the case of the fight.

"We have seen it as a whole. We will carry out a case to what extent legal steps will be taken because violence in public is quite absolute, there is physical urgency, there are attacks like that," he concluded.

The case of former MMA athlete Rudy Agustian alias Rudy Golden Boy's fight with two youths ended peacefully. This happened after both parties mediated at the Pagedangan Police.

"This case that happened yesterday and went viral in cyberspace, both parties agreed to make peace," said Pagedangan Police Chief.

The commotion started with Rudy who was at the Indomaret cashier to pay for his groceries. Suddenly two youths overtook Rudy, thus provoking the emotions of the former MMA athlete.

Both parties also quarreled until finally a fight broke out at the location,

"The shop officials are in accordance with the SOP to separate the two parties and ask that in accordance with the queue that occurred, they actually complain to each other. Even there is physical contact, that's how it happened," said the police chief.
