Microsoft Teams Is Down Since Morning, Thousands Of Users Can't Open The Application
JAKARTA - Thousands of users have complained about an interruption in Microsoft Teams since Thursday morning today, July 21. They said they couldn't access or open the Microsoft Teams app and couldn't take advantage of any of the features in it.
Microsoft Teams is an online collaboration platform that allows users to chat, hold meetings, and share notes and attachments. Microsoft Teams is part of Office 365.
Microsoft quickly took to Twitter to respond to the issue. However, the company did not disclose how many users were affected.
According to VOI's monitoring via the Downdetector website, this problem report in Microsoft Teams started in the morning at 08.19 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), and then peaked at 09.04 a.m. WIB with 769 reports, and there were around 4.500 users affected.
According to Downdetector data, problems with Microsoft Teams occur globally, but most reports come from users in Singapore and Indonesia.
