JAKARTA - The statement from the National Land Agency (BPN) of Bogor Regency asking PT Sentul City to prioritize deliberation with residents of Bojong Koneng, including Rocky Gerung, was responded to by social media activist Denny Siregar.

According to Denny, if Rocky Gerung did rob Sentul's land, why should BPN ask for deliberation to resolve it?

"Well, it's clear, why did @atr_bpn ask for all consultations?? If Rocky did rob Sentul's land, then accompany Sentul as the legal owner. Not then we were told to discuss everything. How come the discussion is with the land mafia", said Denny through his Twitter account @Dennysiregar7 quoted Friday, October 1st.

Denny said that the law on land ownership must be enforced. BPN's statement actually left a negative precedent for the community. This means that people can break through other people's land because they know that in the end, they must use deliberation as a solution.

"Well, what the hell is this @atr_bpn?? If for example the seizure of land rights to cultivate by RG is not subpoenaed by the landowner, it will be imitated by thousands of other people. Just invade people's lands, then it will be discussed with BPN. The law is enforced", said Danny.

The statement from the deliberations of Sentul City and the residents of Bojong Koneng was conveyed by the Head of BPN Bogor, Sepyo Achanto. He said that this meeting was to maintain regional conduciveness. PT Sentul City was asked to stop the subpoena and demolition.

"PT Sentul is to stop subpoenas and demolition and in the context of efforts to resolve them, to prioritize deliberation and consensus and find solutions", said Sepyo.

Head of the Bogor Regency National Land Agency (BPN) Sepyo Achanto previously stated that his party had data on Sentul City's Building Use Rights Letter (SHGB), which was old data. This immediately dismissed accusations that Sentul City's certificate on Rocky Gerung's land was considered fake.

"Until now there is data, HGB already has old data. There is data, so it is not fake. Until now the object is registered with HGB in the name of PT Sentul City", Sepyo told reporters in Bogor Regency, West Java, Thursday, September 23.

Sepyo emphasized that no official dared to issue HGB without the original certificate procedure. Still, Sepyo said, the certificates issued were correct, including the issuance process. "No one dares I think. Unless it's fake. I made a certificate with the correct procedure to give it to the landowner, right. I don't want it. Everything is like that", said Sepyo.
