South Africa Submits Documents Of 750 Halims Of Evidence Of Israel's Genocide To The International Court

JAKARTA - South Africa submitted evidence of a genocide case against Israel to the International Court (ICJ).

The unpublished document contains more than 750 pages of evidence supported by evidence and attachments of more than 4,000 pages.

South Africa in December accused Israel of violating international law on genocide during the war in Gaza and had asked the court to order Israel to stop the war.

The evidence shows how the Israeli government has violated the Genocide Convention by pushing for the destruction of Palestinians living in Gaza, killing them physically with various destructive weapons, and seizing their access to humanitarian aid, South Africa's presidency said.

Israel firmly rejected South Africa's claim by saying it was an " indecent" exploitation of the holiest Genocide Convention. They Israel argues it is involved in a difficult and tragic armed conflict.
