JAKARTA - Justin Baldoni wrote a letter to the judges to ban the couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds from accessing his personal phone. He felt the action was excessive and they had no right to do so.

Through the letter submitted, Baldoni asked the judge to prevent the couple from accessing the contents of his messages and personal telephone because they could show the location and web data of the browser.

"It's hard to overestimate how widespread, invasive, and unusual this Court call is. This is civil litigation, not criminal prosecution, and (Lively and Reynolds) is not the FBI," Mitchell Schuster wrote as Justin Baldoni's lawyer, citing Variety on Saturday, February 15.

This letter became Baldoni's response after lawyer Blake Lively submitted a letter to the AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks. They are trying to find additional evidence over claims that Baldoni was involved in a dirty campaign for Blake Lively.

Lively representatives responded to Baldoni's refusal by saying, "If they have a lot of evidence, why are they so afraid to show it?"

Baldoni and Lively sued each other in federal courts in New York. Baldoni claims Lively tried to destroy his reputation on false charges.

Lively also submitted a request to Cloudfare and AOL who are internet providers to provide evidence that there is a smear campaign trying to contaminate its reputation. Lively thinks Baldoni's data will show Blake Lively the campaign.

"Baldoni and Wayfarer have admitted that Lively has expressed concern several times. They have admitted that they have made plans if he 'conveys his complaint to the public,' where they plan to spread a story stating that Lively is a 'disturbing person', said representative Blake Lively.

"Now they want to block the discovery that will reveal them. If they don't, they won't have anything to hide," he continued.
