Kachina Ozora And Keyla Azzahra Purnama Bring Red And White Flag Duplikat And Proclamation Text In Monas Order To Halim Perdanakusuma

JAKARTA - On Saturday morning, August 10, the Jakarta National Monument (Monas) area witnessed the cultural procession of duplicates of the Red and White Flag and the Proclamation Text led by the Head of the Presidential Secretariat, Heru Budi Hartono. This carnival marks a symbolic journey to the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) of East Kalimantan.

In a procession broadcast live by the Presidential Secretariat, Kachina Ozora and Keyla Azzahra Purnama, two Purna-Paskibraka personnel, held the main role. Kachina, an envoy from Central Kalimantan Province, and Keyla, representatives from South Sumatra, gracefully holds a duplicate of the Red and White flag and text of the proclamation. They wore Paskibraka costumes that reflected the red and white colors, adding to the impression of national pride.

Kachina, who was born on June 26, 2007, is a student of SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya and was once trusted as the leader of the Paskibraka Ceremony at the State Palace on August 15, 2023. Meanwhile, Keyla, who was born on September 10, 2007, is a student of SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau with a similar experience in accepting flags at the State Palace.

The flag carnival begins with an official ceremony at Monas at 06.00 WIB. The procession was handed over by the Presidential Secretariat to Kachina and Keyla at around 08.00 WIB, accompanied by respect for troops, marching bands, and equestrian troops. They then headed for Maung tactical vehicles, made in the country, which are ready to take them to Halim Perdanakusuma Airport.

The kirab route involves a journey past the Arjuna Wijaya Horse Statue, MH Street. Thamrin, HI Roundabout, and Semanggi Bridge before arriving at the airport. The estimated 14-kilometer journey takes about 1 hour 15 minutes.

After arriving at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, the flag and text of the proclamation will be flown to IKN, East Kalimantan, on an Indonesian Air Force aircraft, marking an important step in the national celebration towards the capital city of the archipelago.
