Inaugurating Functional Officials, Governor Of Kaltara Reminds Must Be Able To Innovate

TARAKAN Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara), Zainal A Paliwang inaugurated and took the oath of functional office within the Provincial Government of Kaltara in 2024.

The nine functional officials who were inaugurated consisted of 4 Middle Expert Licensing Arrangers, 1 Young Expert Licensing Arranger and 4 First Expert Licensing Arrangers.

"I believe that with the dedication, integrity, and abilities that you will be able to carry out your duties and responsibilities as well as possible," he said, Friday, December 27.

Governor Zainal said the essence of a functional position is a group of positions containing functions and duties related to functional services, of course based on certain skills and skills.

Therefore, Zainal hopes that the newly appointed functional officials will not only have good technical competence but also be able to have a real impact in the form of innovation and contribution.

"Especially in our efforts to continue to improve the performance of regional development and investment by involving local and national entrepreneurs and investors," he added.

In front of the newly appointed functional officials, Governor Zainal reminded them that they have a very important and strategic role as the spearhead of the technical implementation of a regional apparatus organization.

"Especially optimizing and improving the quality of licensing services, business licensing and non-permission in Kaltara Province," he said.
