Istiqlal Mosque Holds Magical Prayers For Ismail Haniyeh Friday Afternoon

JAKARTA - The occult prayer for the leader of Hamas Ismail Haniyeh is carried out after Friday prayers at the Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta, Friday, August 2, 2024.

Imam Besar Istiqlal Mosque Nasaruddin Umar invites all congregants to pray for the victims of the Israeli zionist.

"I as the Grand Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque and the Palestinian Embassy invite all Muslims and Muslims as well as national leaders to participate in performing the occult prayers on the Main Floor of the Istiqlal Mosque, Friday, August 2, 2024 as a form of our concern for a martyr such as Ismail Haniyeh and other Palestinian fighters," he said in a statement in Jakarta.

He reiterated that the Istiqlal Mosque has consistently voiced the independence of the Palestinian people so far.

"Istiqlal together with all congregants have a comprehensive way to do so that the Palestinian people can enjoy independence so that we can lift the whole world to concentrate on what our brothers and sisters in Palestine have experienced," he explained.

Nasaruddin hopes that the occult prayers will not only be held in Istiqlal, but in all mosques in Indonesia. The Indonesian people are also asked to pray Magically for other Palestinian fighters.

Previously, Ismail Haniyeh was killed in an air strike in Tehran, Iran. This news was conveyed by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard on Wednesday morning. Hamas blamed Israel for the attack.

Israel has vowed to kill Haniyeh and other Hamas leaders for the group's attack on October 7, 2023 against Israel, which killed 1,200 people and left about 250 others hostage.

Nasaruddin Umar and the Istiqlal Mosque expressed their condolences for the death of Haniyeh. The former deputy minister strongly condemned the Israeli terrorist attack that killed Haniyeh in Tehran, Iran.

Israeli military spokesman did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Israel often does not do so when it comes to the killings carried out by their intelligence agency, Mossad.

Hamas said Haniyeh was killed in Zionist airstrikes at his residence in Tehran after he was present at the inauguration of Iran's new president. Hamas declared to the Palestinian great people and the people of Arab and Islamic countries as well as all free people in the world, the brother of leader Ismail Ismail Haniyeh was martyred," the statement said briefly.

In another statement, the group quoted Haniyeh as saying that the Palestinian struggle has a "financing" and Hamas is ready to bear this cost, namely martyrdom for the sake of Palestine, for the sake of God Almighty, and for the sake of the dignity of this nation.
