Man Who Jumped From The 23rd Floor Of Ambassador Apartment Apparently Got Debt Due To Playing Stocks

JAKARTA - The man who committed suicide by jumping from the 23rd floor of the Ambassador Apartment, Kuningan, South Jakarta is said to have a debt due to playing stocks. It is suspected that this man was depressed with a financial condition and finally decided to commit suicide.

"The point seems to be a financial problem, from the results of the initial investigation it is possible that debt is due to playing stocks," said Setiabudi Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Adjutant Yogen Herpes Baruna to VOI, Tuesday, March 23.

The suicide incident on Monday, March 22 was initially suspected by residents around the mutilation case. Because the cut of the victim's leg hit a stall near the Ambassador Mall area.

According to the police, the parts of the victim's body were separated due to a strong impact with one part of the building.

“Left thigh outside the apartment complex, other body parts intact on the road to the basement parking lot. Everything was crushed due to falling from a height," continued Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant Yogen.

Previously it was reported that a human body was causing a commotion in the Ambassador Mall area, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Based on the video circulating, residents gathered at the location where the body was thrown near the Ambassador Mall, Monday, March 22. The body is covered in orange and blue tarp.

At the location, wet spots appear on the asphalt, allegedly the point where the body fell. Residents were busy recording the situation at the location, including the tarpaulin covering the body.
