Two Murder Suspects In Cakung Are Just Aware And Regret Killing Their Opponents

JAKARTA - HAR alias Adon (21) and RKN (child in conflict with the law) are two suspects in a murder case who are still undergoing examination at the Cakung Police Criminal Investigation Unit on Friday, July 26.

From the confession of the suspect HAR, he has only participated in a brawl once but has lost the life of his opponent, MAA (20).

"The victim fell, I stabbed the victim once in the temple. I told my friend, don't stab it again. But the perpetrator RKN (18 ABH) immediately slashed the victim again. He slashed it in the shoulder of the victim," said HAR to VOI at the Cakung Police, Friday, July 26.

HAR admitted that he was very sorry. He did not expect that the victim would die for his brutal actions.

In fact, said HAR, before the brawl, he was still at a coffee shop (warkop). However, he agreed to invite his friend to a brawl.

"I regret being imprisoned," he said.

Cakung Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra said the two HAR and RKN perpetrators who were children in conflict with the law (ABH) were subject to multiple articles.

"They were charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 170 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 15 years in prison," he said.

Kompol Panji appealed to parents, schools, RT and local RWs to continue to provide information to the Police to prevent brawls.

"We synergize so that there are no brawls," he said.

Previously reported, another incident occurred, a brawl between residents fell victim to death. MAA (20), was found dead covered in blood. It is suspected that MAA died as a result of being bombarded with sharp weapons while carrying out a brawl.

Information said that the brawl took place in front of the Warung Nangka gas station, Pulogebang, Cakung District, East Jakarta. After receiving the report, the Cakung Police immediately processed the crime scene (TKP), and searched for the perpetrators.

The police's efforts paid off, two suspected perpetrators with the initials HAR alias Adon (21) and RKN (18) were arrested along with evidence of sharp weapons (Sajam) which they used to kill the victim.

Cakung Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra said the two groups were previously involved in brawls and appointments through Instagram social media.

"The two groups went through each admin on Instagram to make a brawl at the TKP," said Kompol Panji when confirmed, Thursday, July 18.

The victim with the initials MAA was rushed to the Pondok Kopi Hospital in Jakarta. However, because the victim suffered an open wound on the upper left cheek due to a sharp weapon stab wound, the victim died. In addition to injuries to the head, the victim also had open wounds on the back of the back and right leg.
