JAKARTA - PT PLN (Persero) ensures that the electricity system runs safely in facing the celebration of Eid al-Adha 1445 Hijri.

PLN President Director Darmawan Prasodjo said the company had increased the reliability of the system by conducting a thorough assessment and maintenance of the installation of plants, transmission and distribution and setting a standby period of 3 days, namely on June 16 to 18, 2024.

"In facing the moment of Eid al-Adha 1445 H, PLN will be on full alert until June 18 to ensure the security of electricity supply," said Darmawan, Saturday, June 15.

Furthermore, Darmawan detailed that PLN projects the Puncak Burden (BP) of Eid al-Adha on June 17, amounting to 38,270 Megawatts (MW) with Able to Supply Power (DMP) of 51,931 MW.

"Everything is in a state of alert to secure the smooth supply of electricity and standby to help people who need electricity services," added Darmawan.
