Ronda Post In Kramat Jati Collapses, Two Women Are Hit By Buildings

JAKARTA - Nyartini and Siti Nurmala, suffered injuries after being hit by the rubble of a patrol post collapsed on Jalan H. Mani, Batu Ampar Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 31.

Head of the Operations Section of the East Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept. Gatot Sulaeman when confirmed in Jakarta said the incident of the collapse of the patrol post occurred at 11.50 WIB.

"It happened at around 11.50 WIB, the two female victims were sitting at the RW patrol post, suddenly the building collapsed," said Gatot when confirmed, Wednesday, January 31.

He suspected that the foundation of the patrol post was on the edge of a landslide river, so that the RW patrol post building collapsed.

The two victims had also been rushed to the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati for medical treatment. The process of evacuating the patrol post building by East Jakarta Gulkarmat officers and residents was completed at 14:26 WIB.

"The victim has been taken to the Police Hospital by local residents," he said.
