Police Say They Have Received Security Reports Attacked By A Number Of Traders At TMII

The East Jakarta Metro Police have begun to investigate the case of a commotion that occurred in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) area of East Jakarta.

"Securities have made LPs at the Resort Police, Article 170 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 of the Criminal Code," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Armunanto when confirmed, Friday, January 3, 2025

The TMII security made a report on the incident on December 31, 2024 after the commotion.

The case of a commotion between traders and security in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) area, East Jakarta has begun to be handled by the East Jakarta Metro Police.

"Securities have made LPs but at the Resort Police. The case is handled by the East Jakarta Police," said Cipayung Police Chief, Kompol Dwi Susanto when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, January 2.

Based on the data collected, the beating incident occurred when traders entered the TMII area without paying for an entrance ticket.

So there was a chase between the merchant and security. Then it ended with an argument between the perpetrator and the victim.

The victim suffered bruises on the cheek and had a post-mortem.
