JAKARTA - The West Jakarta District Court (PN) carried out the execution of emptying houses on Jalan Srengseng, RT 01/06, Srengseng Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta, Thursday, November 23. The execution of the house emptying went smoothly without any resistance.

West Jakarta District Court confiscated spokesman, M Irwan Ardyansyah said the execution of emptying a plot of land and buildings covering an area of 67 square meters according to the title certificate (SHM) on Jalan Srengseng Haji Kelik, Gang Damai Dalam 121, RT 01/06, Srengseng Village, Kembangan District, Central Jakarta.

"This execution was requested by Safrudin, through his attorney. The basis for this emptying is from the PN decision case. Where 99% was won by Safrudin as the current execution applicant," M Irwan told reporters, Thursday, November 23.

Based on the decision of the West Jakarta District Court, the execution was carried out and carried out conducively.

"The head of the RT is the family of the respondent, so he has been advised and has approached for execution so that the respondent is ready," he said.

Meanwhile, the applicant's attorney, Rizky Nugroho, said that today's activities were running smoothly, because the respondent still wanted to take out his own belongings.

"Today there are no obstacles, because the defendant wants to take out his own goods, ask for time because there are a few more items (not moved) not much," he said.
