The RDP Commission II was held with the Chairman of the KPU, the Chairman of Bawaslu, the Chairman of the Honorary Council of Election Organizers (DKPP), and the Director General of Politics and General Government of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).

The RPD has scheduled a consultation on the adjustment of KPU Regulations based on the Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU- XXV/2023 and consultations on the draft Bawaslu regulations.

Previously, the General Elections Commission (KPU) had issued KPU Regulation (PKPU) Number 19 of 2023 concerning the Nomination of Participants in the Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections.
