Tesla Make Sure There Are No Model Y Refreshments For North American Markets In 2024

JAKARTA - Tesla is rumored to be launching a new version on the Model Y in 2024 for the North American market following a report from Reuters saying the manufacturer will launch Model Y production in October this year.

However, citing from the Teslarati website, Monday, February 12, Tesla's internals have confirmed that the new SUV or the latest version will not be launched in North America this year.

Tesla has sent emails to delivery advisers instructing them to "communicate transparently" about the fact that there will be no Model Y refresher this year.

We hear your response that some customers are waiting to order the Model Y as they anticipate a refresher similar to the Model 3, Tesla wrote in its message.

"It is important for us to communicate transparently that there is no refresher for this year's Model Y launch," an additional message from Tesla.

It is estimated that the Model Y refresher will arrive in the coming years, and will allow it to be carried out in the first or second quarters of 2025, even earlier for other markets.

Not a few predict that Tesla will launch the upgraded Model Y in Europe and Asia first, then North America, as is done with the updated Model 3.
