Virgoun Arrested Allegedly Drugs, Eva Manurung Cries Until Pingsan

JAKARTA - Shocking news came from singer Virgoun who was arrested today, Thursday, June 20 for alleged drug use. The news also shocked the family, especially her mother, Eva Manurung.

Launching Virgoun's sister's Instagram account, Febby Carol, she uploaded a video when her mother was sitting in the West Jakarta Metro Police room. Eva was seen crying because she heard the news of her son who was arrested by the authorities.

Eva is also known to have fainted after hearing the news. However, through his upload, Febby also emphasized that his family could not talk much because he was waiting for a police statement.

"We also don't know and don't expect this to happen. Maybe behind this everything will get even better, we can reunite with family, we can get together like before," wrote Febby Carol.

Furthermore, Febby also asked the public that he and his mother be prayed for to be given strength in doing this.

Apart from Eva, Virgoun's ex-wife, Inara Rusli also apologized to her children for not being able to save Virgoun.

"I'm sorry, kids... I've done my part. I've tried my best to save him, no matter how it makes them wrong. I'm so sorry," wrote Inara Rusli through her personal account.

Inara's ex-husband and singer Virgoun are suspected of being arrested by the West Jakarta Metro Police on suspicion of drug abuse. This was confirmed by the West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes M Syahduddi who confirmed the arrest of an artist on behalf of Virgoun.

"It's true (Virgoun was arrested for drugs)," said Syahduddi to the media crew via text message, Thursday, June 20.

Virgoun's arrest was made in the midst of his busy schedule with Last Child and also resolved his conflict with Inara Rusli.
