Catherine Wilson Asks For Idham Masse's Nafkah Allotment Of IDR 1.2 Billion

JAKARTA - The divorce trial for the couple Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse was held again on Wednesday, January 31 at the Depok Religious Court with an agenda for reading the results of mediation.

It is known that previously, Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse had undergone mediation trials but were declared failed. So the trial continued with entry to the main case.

"We reported earlier that the mediation failed and still asked for a lawyer to find a middle ground with the case still running," said Ilham Rasyid, attorney for Idham Masse at the Depok Religious Court, Wednesday, January 31.

"So we have entered the main case, so the agenda is still starting next week for the response process and then continuing with the replica, duplicate and evidence," he continued.

On this occasion, Ilham Rasyid said that one of the demands filed by Catherine Wilson was the issue of living. Catherine requested a marriage of Rp. 800 million and a mut'ah income of Rp. 400 million.

"The demand has not changed as yesterday that the income he asked for was 800 million and the mut'ah was 400 million, so around 1 M-an more," he explained.

It is known that Catherine Wilson filed for divorce from her husband Idham Masse on December 24, 2023. One of the reasons he believes in suing Idham is because of living problems and also issues of long-distance relations.
