Jeremy Renner Recalls A Year Of Accident, Almost Dies

JAKARTA - Actor Jeremy Renner reflected on the incident one year ago which almost took his life. On January 1, 2023, Renner was hit by a vehicle after operating a snow hijacker in his home area, Nevada.

He suffered 30 fractures and underwent various operations after being rushed to the hospital. He was even transported by helicopter to the hospital for the fastest treatment.

Renner uploaded a photo on his car and wrote, "Through Reno, NV with happiness and blessings!!! Stop to see the children, first aid officers and staff at Renown Hospital," wrote Jeremy Renner.

"Blessing respect and celebrating love, life, and blessings to all of us. Thank you and this community for keeping me here... I am forever in gratitude to you," he said.

Through his latest interview, Jeremy Renner is also grateful that he is still given the opportunity to live.

I would be very disappointed and detrimental to other people's lives if I died. I'm also stubborn, there are many things I stand for and recovering is the only way," said Jeremy Renner.

It is known that the incident occurred when Renner tried to save his nephew who was trapped in the car when the snowstorm arrived.

"You know, I gave him, an image he never imagined," Renner said.

He spent almost a year completing his recovery. Now, he is preparing to return to acting through the series The Major of Kingstown.

Renner also plans to release a new album inspired by his near-death incident.
