Vin Diesel Asks Dwayne Johnson To Return To The Fast & Furious Franchise

JAKARTA - Actor Vin Diesel uploaded a photo with Dwayne Johnson, his co-star in the Fast & Furious franchise. Through the post, Diesel hopes that Johnson can return to the franchise for the last two films.

Sunday, November 7th, Vin Diesel wrote, “Dwayne my little brother… the time has come. The world is waiting for the end of Fast 10. As you know, my kids call you Uncle Dwayne at my house.”

Diesel hopes to fulfill the promise to the late Paul Walker to fulfill the Fast & Furious franchise until the 10th series.

“I say this out of love… but you have to be there, don't leave the franchise, you have an important role to play. Hobbs can not be played by others. I hope you can fulfill that destiny”, said Vin Diesel.

Vin Diesel did not mention Dwayne Johnson's Instagram account in his post.

As is well known, Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson fought in 2016. Therefore, the spin-off film Hobbs & Shaw became Johnson's meeting with Jason Statham and he never filmed with Vin Diesel again.

Justin Lin as director of the Fast & Furious franchise never felt Dwayne Johnson left this story. "I don't have any restrictions, so I'm excited about what we're building and as we approach the final chapter of the franchise, I'm ready to bring back the character for any situation", he quoted Deadline.

Meanwhile, Dwayne Johnson has not responded to Vin Diesel's post.
