Sadistic Robber In Cilacap: Victim Raped, Killed, His Wealth Confiscated, His Body Thrown Into The Hole

The perpetrators of the disposal of women's bodies in a septic tank for residents' houses in Gandrungmangu District, Cilacap Regency, were revealed. Cilacap Police Chief Kombes Pol Fannky Ani Sugiharto, revealed that starting from perpetrator A S (31) on Sunday, September 10 entered the victim's house through the back window with the intention of stealing.

"When the US was about to take the wallet in the bedroom, the victim woke up and caught the US. Without thinking, the US immediately smothered the victim using a pillow until the victim was weak, then the US took the victim's wallet," said Fannky in a written statement, Thursday, September 14.

Then, when the US was about to leave the house, he saw the victim's clothes on him, causing the US to have sex with the victim. However, the US action met resistance from the victim.

The US was getting dark eyes, he slashed the victim's forehead using the machete he was carrying. Not only that, but the US also hit the victim with his bare hands, making the victim weak again.

Realizing that the victim was not moving, the US fled, leaving the injured victim in his bed.

Monday, September 11, at around 01.00 WIB, the suspect returned to the victim's house to check his condition. The dead victim was still lying on the bed covered in blood. The suspect intended to clean the house and move the victim's body to the backyard, with the aim of removing traces.

The suspect threw away items such as black pants, white t-shirts, jars, bed linen, and a teddy bear in an old well about 250 meters from the victim's house. The victim's body was transferred to the septic tank belonging to Sudiyono, the victim's neighbor who was about 50 meters from the scene.

The next day, on September 12, at around 12.00 WIB, the suspect sold the goods resulting from his crime, including the victim's cellphone and gold ring at Gandrungmangu Market. The items sold for IDR 1.5 million.

The suspect used some of the money from his crime to give alms in mosques and gave money to beggars in the Gandrungmangu area. The remaining Rp1 million was used by the suspect to escape.

Kombes Fannky said the suspect was arrested by the Cilacap Police Satreskrim ranks on Thursday, September 14, at around 02.00 WIB in Banyumas Square. For his actions, the perpetrator is subject to Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with a threat of imprisonment for 15 years.
