4 Times In And Out Of Prison, Dealers Bring 870 Grams Of Methamphetamine Arrested Again In Jambi
JAMBI - The Directorate of Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) of the Jambi Police arrested a man with the initials SD (36), a recidivist of methamphetamine dealers who had been in and out of prison four times.
"The total evidence of methamphetamine that was secured weighed 870.797 grams," said Head of Sub-Directorate III of the Jambi Police Sub-Directorate AKBP Mat Sanusi in Jambi, Monday, July 31, confiscated by Antara.
Sanusi said that SD was arrested on Jalan Sunan Gunung Jati, Kenali Asam Bawah Village, Kota Baru District, Jambi City.
SD suspects are known to have just been released from prison in 2022.
Elementary school in this case as courier and dealer has been sentenced to prison four times in the same case. However, the person concerned still did the same thing.
The results of the preliminary examination before being arrested by SD turned out to have succeeded in distributing 1 kg of crystal methamphetamine to the Jambi City area and its surroundings.
"The evidence that we have secured has been used, so the evidence that was successfully secured is less than 1 kg," he said.

Sanusi explained that the suspect was a methamphetamine courier who was brought from out of town and circulated it in Jambi City. The suspect was ordered by someone from outside Jambi City, and is currently being chased by the Narcotics Directorate.
The perpetrator is currently being held at the Jambi Regional Police.
Meanwhile, if calculated the economic value of evidence reached Rp1.1 billion and from these arrests the police managed to record as many as 4,353 people saved from drug trafficking.
