Keanu Reeves Makes Tributes For Lance Reddick On Premiere John Wick 4
JAKARTA - Keanu Reeves paid his last respects to his co-star, Lance Reddick in the film John Wick 4. Lance Reddick died last week a week before the screening of John Wick's latest film.
At the premiere, Keanu Reeves was delighted to be working with Reddick. Citing The Independent, Reeves wore a blue ribbon and looked emotional when talking about his best friend.
"Every time you meet him, he (Lance Reddick) is a special person, a special artist, and he has dignity, a passion for life," Keanu Reeves said on Monday, March 20.
"Being able to meet and have the opportunity to work with him makes every day very special," he continued.
Audiences watching John Wick 4 also found Lionsgate paying tribute by writing, "In Memoriam Lance Reddick" in the film credit section.
Previously Keanu Reeves and director Chad Stahelski released a statement of condolences to the actor.
"We feel sad and saddened by the passing of our friend Lance Reddick. He is a very fun professional," Reeves and Stahelski said in a statement.
Our love and prayers are for Stephanie, her wife, children, family, and friends. We dedicate the film to the loved ones. We will miss her," he continued.
Lance Reddick died in 60 years due to natural reasons. Reddick left his wife Stephanie and her two children.
