The Terror Action of Throwing Sacks Filled with Cobras at the House of the Former Governor of Banten, Handled by Metro Jaya Police

SERANG – The terror act that was experienced by former Governor of Banten Wahidin Halim at his home in Pinang, Tangerang City received attention from the police, although he had not yet made a report. The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Commissioner Didik Hariyanto, explained that the case is currently being handled by Metro Jaya Police.

"Regarding the residence of the former governor of Banten, Wahidin Halim, who was pelted with dozens of cobras in a sack on Wednesday (January 25) early in the morning. Administratively, the area belongs to Banten Province, but for jurisdiction, it belongs to Metro Jaya Police", Commissioner Didik said in a written statement.

"For jurisdiction to enter Metro Jaya Police so that the handling will be carried out by Metro Jaya Police by the scene of the case", Commissioner Didik concluded.

Wednesday, January 25 at around 05:00 WIB, dozens of cobras were found in sacks in the yard of the house of the former Governor of Banten for the 2017-2022 period Wahidin Halim in Pinang, Tangerang.

The Nasdem Party member admitted that terror was commonplace. He considers it part of politics.

"Usually, politics is uncivilized, political crimes in various ways, how to terrorize to frighten, but I'm not afraid", said Wahidin at his home on Haji Jiran Street, Pinang, Tangerang City, Wednesday, January 25.
