His Brother Banned From Fighting Hasim Rahman Jr Because Of The Risk Of Losing By KO, Jake Paul: I'm Not Afraid Of Anyone
JAKARTA - Jake Paul revealed that his management and also his brother, Logan Paul, forbade him from fighting Hasim Rahman Jr. According to the youtuber, there was a fear that he could lose by KO.
Paul will face the first heavyweight professional boxer of his career. Hasim Rahman Jr. has a 12-1 record. However, the boxer-influencer said he had the courage and the team to win.
"I've been wanting this fight since Hasim scolded me two years ago at the gym," wrote Jake Paul on Instagram.
"My brother and manager didn't want me to do this fight. They said it was too risky," continued Paul.
"The New York state athletic commission didn't want to approve this fight because they said Hasim has too much experience for me. He has over 100 amateur fights. 10x more than Tommy (Fury)."
"But I was built differently. I'm psychotic. CHAOTIC PROBLEMATIC," continued the post.
"I'm not afraid of anyone or anything that will happen. No boxer takes this big of a risk early in their career. They don't have my heart, they don't have my soul, and they definitely don't have my team. Welcome to history. Please take a photo."
