Fujiko A. Fujio, The Manga Creator Of Doraemon Dies
JAKARTA - Manga creator Fujiko A. Fujio passed away on Thursday, April 7, Japan time. He is said to have died at his home in Kawasaki.
That day, the police received a call from Fujiko's house reporting the mangaka was unconscious. Fujiko A. Fujio was pronounced dead on the spot and the police are still investigating the cause of death.
Fujiko A. Fujio is a mangaka who publishes several popular titles, including Ninja Hattori and Doraemon. Born in Toyama on March 10, 1934, his real name is Motoo Abiko.
Then, he met with Hiroshi Fujimoto or Fujiko F. Fujio in 1951 to create a manga together, namely Doraemon and Obake no 1-taro.

With the duo Fujiko Fujio, they printed many works but they disbanded the project in 1986. The reason is, that Hiroshi has liver cancer and heart disease. Fujiko F. Fujio also died on September 23, 1996.
