Lippo Karawaci Owned By Conglomerate Mochtar Riady Relys On Treaded Houses To Pursue Pre-sales Of IDR 5.2 Trillion In 2022

JAKARTA - The property developer belonging to the Mochtar Riady conglomerate, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk targets high property sales by 2022. The issuer coded LPKR is confident that it will achieve its target as economic activities begin to run as well as incentives from the government to purchase landed houses.

Lippo Karawaci CEO, John Riady said that this year his party is targeting pre-sales of IDR 5.2 trillion. To achieve this target, LPKR will launch landed housing projects that are currently most in demand by the public. One of them is the Sandalwood Cove Verdant housing project.

"LPKR's first project in 2022, namely the Cendana Cove Verdant 2-storey landed house, was well received by the market, especially because of the simple yet modern house design at a very affordable price," John said in his written statement, quoted on Friday, February 18.

John said that during the launch of the project, as many as 250 units of landed houses with floors have been sold out. Meanwhile, the price offered for the project starts from IDR 710 million.

"We are very grateful for the trust of consumers in us so that the sale of Cendana Cove Verdant can be sold out in 2.5 hours," said the grandson of Mochtar Riady.

John added, this housing project implements the Environment Social Governance (ESG) initiative with good environmental governance. This housing project is also designed as an environmentally friendly house that pays attention to air ventilation and light so that it saves electricity.
