JAKARTA – The 2020 Tokyo Olympics have ended. Twitter released a report on trends and activity on the platform during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic week running from July 23 to August 8, 2021.

From the report, there were 5 million tweets regarding the #Tokyo2020 Olympics that enlivened the timeline from July 23 to August 8, 2021, in Indonesia, of which nearly 2 million tweets were uploaded when Greysia Polii and Apriyani Rahayu won the gold medal for Indonesia.
