Oppo Find X8 Presents Innovative Features To Reduce Eye Tensions

Oppo will soon launch the ranks of the 2024 flagship supported by Dimensity 9400, namely the Find X8 series, on October 24. After various leaks, Oppo has now begun to gradually disclose information.

Zhou Yibao of Oppo previously stated that the standard Find X8 model weighs less than 200 grams and is about 7mm thick. In a recent post on Weibo, it reveals eye protection features on the Find X8 series device.

Oppo Find X8 is claimed to be the first device to get Rheinland Intelligent Eye Protection 4.0 certification. AMOLED screens usually use PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to adjust brightness by rapidly turning on and turning off pixels. However, at low brightness levels, this flash effect can be seen and causes eye tension for some users.

In addition to fixing the flickering problem, the Find X8 device can also adjust color temperature according to the surrounding environment, providing a more natural visual experience, especially in warm lighting conditions.

Based on lab test results, this solution helps reduce eye fatigue by 75%. However, the effectiveness of these claims still needs to be tested in real use.

The standard Find X8 model is equipped with a 1.5K flat screen, symmetric bezel, 5700mAh battery, and 80W fast charging support.
