POCO Pad Enters The Indonesian Market Because Tablet Demand Increases

JAKARTA POCO, a subsidiary of Xiaomi, has launched its first tablet on the Fearless Launch event on July 4. Using Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, this tablet is claimed to offer the best performance. Although its parent company has been rolling out tablets since 10 years ago, POCO remains interested in producing tablets. Abee Hakim, Product PR Manager of POCO Indonesia, said that this device has been awaited for a long time. "The POCO always listens to feedback from its users and we also have research from internal. We have realized from time to time when tablets entered (to Indonesia)," Abee said at the POCO Pad Hands-on event on Thursday, July 18. After listening to input from many parties, POCO created tablets according to market demand and needs. Although branding can be used for simple gaming, this device also supports content creation or streaming. "We also see that the use of this tablet is based on its popularity, the trend (use of tablets)," Abee said. "It used to be a tablet, he said it was only for production, not now." Meanwhile, the Product Marketing Manager of POCO Indonesia, Jeksen said that POCO Pad is still adapted to their commitment. POCO always focuses on launching devices with extreme performance and price.

"In today's market, to find one of the tablets with good performance in this class is still difficult or still rare for us to meet. Even if there is, tablets that use Snapdragon's 7 series chipset, the price will be different," said Jeksen.
